Who are we?

Headway Consultancy is an established company of ex-Headteachers Jean Tarry and Anne Sadler, who are both experienced Independent Consultants and OFSTED inspectors.

The company’s aim is to provide quality, practical advice and training to schools either within the clients own school or at another venue, individually or with other schools.

We recognise, having experienced at first hand the pressures which schools are under and we strive to support, challenge and empathise with them at a reasonable and negotiated cost.

What can Headway Consultancy offer you?

Our website presents a list of the services currently on offer but this is not exhaustive. Please feel free to e-mail us if you have a particular interest or need. We will certainly do our best to accommodate you!

• Courses - please see this section of our website to see what is currently on offer. Remember we can bring the course (or something like it) to your school or group of schools, if that is more convenient. Course can be arranged at any time of day after school, or in the evenings. We particularly enjoy meeting with staff on INSET days, so come on Headteachers, why not have a real holiday and let us organise the return to school training day for you!
• Self Evaluation Support - this is currently one of the most important activities going on in schools. It is crucially important that you get it right. Would you like help with re-writing your SEF? Would you just like re-eassurance that it is ok? If so, then just get in touch.
• Help with Data Analysis, RaiseonLine – do you really know what all those figures mean? Would you like help with the data analysis of your own school, so that you learn something AND get a job ticked off the list (a rare event if you are a Headtaeacher).
